DO YOU KNOW A PROPERTY WITH AWESOME CURB APPEAL?

Dundee’s Beautification program recognizes our communities’ residents and businesses who make Dundee a more beautiful place to live by creating and maintaining beautiful landscaping which expresses a balance between the design, layout, color and eco-friendliness. To include projects that show civic pride by updating, restoring or beautifying buildings with improvements such as complementary additions, decks, paint schemes, shutters or planter boxes.

The Beautification Award is open to any home or business in Dundee. Properties must comply with the Town’s Code of Ordinances. Any home or business owner may nominate themselves or another property they consider beautiful. Pictures of the nominated property must be submitted with the application to be considered.

The Community Beautification Award program is administered by Dundee’s Tree Board. Beautification Nominations and photos will be reviewed bi-annually at the February and August Tree Board meetings. The Board will evaluate properties and determine the winners.

This is needed to pay for the late fees y’all are charging everyone due to your inadequacy in processing payments. Charging everyone $10 late fees every month when your staff fails to process payments they have in the office and putting shut off notices on people’s doors after 8 AM with notice it’ll be shut off if not paid by 5 PM on the same day as notice given. When the payment is IN YOUR OFFICE. Claiming it’s cash pay only and then not crediting the account or giving a receipt and again, y’all already had the payment.

Tomorrow is Good Deed Day! Join us at the Market Day to enter for a $50 credit to your Dundee utility account! ... See MoreSee Less

TOWN OF DUNDEE PUBLIC WORKS
April 15th, 2024
To Whom It May Concern
I am writing to inform you that Tucker Paving will commence a road resurfacing project in your area starting April 22, 2024. This initiative aims to enhance the infrastructure of our community, ensuring safer and smoother roads for all residents.
The scheduled work will commence promptly at 7 a.m., with limited access to your driveway during the daytime hours. To facilitate the process, we kindly request that you relocate your vehicle from the driveway by 7 a.m. on the morning when work is scheduled in front of your residence.
Tucker Paving has outlined the following itinerary for the project:
April 22, 2024: Milling operations will commence on 5th Street South, Highlands Avenue, and Barrett Avenue Drive.
April 23rd to April 26th, 2024: Paving activities will be carried out.

We strongly advise residents to exercise caution and refrain from accessing the newly paved areas for a period of 3 hours, as the materials used may pose a risk. Additionally, we kindly request that vehicles refrain from stopping or turning tires on the freshly laid asphalt, as this could potentially damage the road surface. If feasible, we encourage residents to park their vehicles at the rear of their properties during this period.
While our team will strive to minimize any inconvenience, please be assured that all necessary measures will be taken to expedite the process without compromising quality. However, please note that the schedule is subject to change due to unforeseen weather conditions. Should any adjustments be required, affected property owners will be promptly notified.
We apologize for any inconvenience this project may cause and greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Should you have any inquiries or require further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact the Town of Dundee at 863-438-8330.

Why don't you guys just keep it blocked off for those 3 hours afterwards? Cuz you know some people won't see this and some people don't have common sense 😂.

Also why isn’t there a road sweeping truck ??? Do y’all know how many times I had to replace my front windshield 🤔😣😑 this is BS ! I haven’t changed the recent one bc I don’t have the funds to keep up. Will the city replace it ?? It cost under $500 I’m sure y’all can cough that up . Or who can I talk to about this ??? Us 27 is horrible between Haines , Dundee, winter heaven .

The intersection of route 27 & Frederick is nearly unusable. Any plans?
