Town Manager

In the oversight of day-to-day operations of Town government and through the implementation of Town policy, the Office of the Town Manager strives to manage the effective, efficient, and sustainable delivery of services to the residents of Dundee and remains committed to the dissemination of public information in a transparent, accessible, and accurate manner.  The Office of the Town Manager continuously evaluates functions of government and public services to maintain Dundee as a community that provides a high quality of life for residents and visitors alike.

Hired by the Town Commission, the Town Manager serves as the Town’s chief executive officer overseeing all of the operations and functions performed by staff.  The Town Manager’s Office provides high-quality, executive-level leadership for the community by efficiently planning and directing Town services.  These services are provided to implement the policies, rules, and regulations as adopted and directed by the Town Commission.  The Town Manager remains accessible and accountable to the community as a whole by maintaining open communications with all of the residents and stakeholders of Dundee.

Additionally, the Town Manager’s office takes direct responsibility for achieving the Town’s economic development objectives, ensuring disaster preparedness, and managing the programs and services provided in the Town.

Town Clerk

The Town Clerk supports the Town Manager on the administration of the Town and the Town’s facility and infrastructure projects and is responsible for public records management including preserving and storing historical documents such as resolutions, ordinances, and contracts.  The assembly and preparation of agendas and minutes are routine duties of the department.  In addition, the department is responsible for posting all public notices and administering all municipal elections.
