The Board also heard appeals of administrative decisions where the applicant alleged there was an error in an order, requirement, or policy of town staff.
The Board of Adjustments met quarterly or upon decision of the Chairman.
The Board of Adjustments included five board members appointed by the Mayor with the approval of the Town Commission to serve a term of three years.
Each member of the Board of Adjustments resided in the Town.
