The purpose of this meeting is to Kick-off the project by initiating discussions, getting input on the Town’s Land Development Code, and establish the Working Group. This effort is intended to assist Town staff in updating land development regulations that will help foster economic development, address development and planning trends, and make the development approval process more easily understood and navigable.

Dundee Town Hall and Library will be closing at 2:00pm Thursday, October 06, 2016 due to Hurricane Matthew.

We will re-open Monday, October 10, 2016 for regular business hours.

In preparation of Hurricane Matthew, be aware of the following:

  • Polk County Schools are closed on Thursday & Friday.
  • Sand and sandbags are available at the Dundee Fire Department (118 Merrill Avenue).
  • Please be sure to secure trash totes, lawn furniture, and any equipment in your yard that could be affected by high winds.
  • Get supplies (click here for a recommended list of supplies).
  • Be safe!
