DESCRIPTION:NOTICE OF SPECIAL  \nTOWN COMMISSION WORKSHOP \n \nPlease be advised that the Town of Dundee will be holding a special workshop session for the Dundee Town Commission This workshop will be held on Tuesday\, August 23\, 2022\, beginning at 5:30 PM in the Dundee Town Hall Commission Chambers located at 202 E. Main Street\, Dundee\, FL 33838. \nThe purpose of this workshop is for information related to establishing a Community Development District (CDD) \nNotice is hereby given that two or more members of the Dundee Town Commission will be assembled to discuss or gather information about an item over which they have decision-making authority\, and which may appear before them for action in the foreseeable future. This may constitute a meeting of the Dundee Town Commission Florida Sunshine Law\, even though there will not be any formal action at this assembly. \nAll persons interested are invited to attend\, and any person desiring to appeal any decision of the Dundee Town Commission with respect to any matter considered at this special meeting will need a record of the proceedings. For such purpose\, he/she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made\, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based. \nAny person requiring special accommodations at the special meeting because of a disability or physical impairment should contact the Dundee Town Clerk at (863) 438-8330 or at JGarcia@TownofDundee.com
