2026 Buy a Brick 4×8 Order Form

Form from the Town of Dundee titled “Buy a Brick Program.” The program allows individuals to dedicate a brick in honor or memory of a loved one who served the country. The 4" x 8" engraved bricks will be placed at the Veterans Memorial and unveiled on May 25, 2026. The cost is $65.00 per brick. The form includes a checkbox to reserve a permanent brick and instructions for engraving. Each symbol counts as one space, and all text is centered unless otherwise noted. The form recommends using all capital letters for clarity. Two large grids labeled “4x8 Brick” allow applicants to write the text exactly as it should appear on the brick. An example is shown spelling out: “GO NEWTON HIGH LIONS STATE CHAMPIONS 2012, 2015, 2016.” At the bottom, the form instructs applicants to return the completed form and payment to: Town of Dundee, 202 E Main Street, Dundee, FL 33838. Fields are provided for Name, Phone, Address, City, State, Zip, Email Address, and Amount Paid. A notice states forms must be received by April 17, 2026.
