Sealed proposals will be received by the Town of Dundee until 4:00 P.M. on June 30, 2026, at the Office of the Town Clerk located at 202 E. Main Street, for the Community Center Parking Lot Resurfacing Project.

IFB 26-01, FY 2025-2026 Road Resurfacing Project

All questions regarding this solicitation must be received in writing no later than Tuesday, June 23, 2026, at 3:30 P.M. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for 9:00 A.M. Tuesday, June 16, 2026, at the corner of Garrison Ave. and MLK Blvd. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 10:00 A.M. Tuesday, June 16, 2026. A proposal opening and review is scheduled for Wednesday, July 1, 2026, at 4:00 P.M.
