NOTICE OF SPECIAL WORKSHOP
TO BE HELD BY THE DUNDEE TOWN COMMISSION AND
DUNDEE PLANNING & ZONING BOARD

Please be advised that the Town of Dundee will be holding a special workshop session for the Dundee Town Commission and the Dundee Planning & Zoning Board. This workshop will be held on Thursday, July 29, 2021, beginning at 5:30 PM in the Dundee Town Hall Commission Chambers located at 202 E. Main Street, Dundee, FL 33838.

The purpose of this workshop is to gather Commission, Board, and Citizen input regarding a potential residential project.

Notice is hereby given that two or more members of the Dundee Town Commission and/or Dundee Planning & Zoning Board will be assembled to discuss or gather information about an item over which they have decision-making authority, and which may appear before them for action in the foreseeable future. This may constitute a meeting of the Dundee Town Commission or the Dundee Planning & Zoning Board per Florida Sunshine Law, even though there will not be any formal action at this assembly.

All persons interested are invited to attend, and any person desiring to appeal any decision of the Dundee Town Commission with respect to any matter considered at this special meeting will need a record of the proceedings. For such purpose, he/she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
