Sealed proposals will be received by the Town of Dundee until 12:00 P.M. on Thursday, March 31, 2022, at the Office of the Town Clerk located at 202 E. Main Street, for a professional service to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to renovate the interior and exterior of the Margaret Kampsen Historic Train Depot currently located at 103 Main Street Dundee, Florida 33838.

RFP 22-02 FY 2021 – 2022 MARGARET KAMPSEN HISTORIC TRAIN DEPOT INTERIOR/EXTERIOR RENOVATONS

A Mandatory Site Visit is scheduled for Monday, March 21,2022 at 10:00 A.M. at 103 West Main Street, Dundee, FL, 33838. A Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting is scheduled for Monday, March 21, 2022, at 11:00 A.M. at 202 Main Street, Dundee, FL 33838. All questions regarding this solicitation must be received in writing to  no later than Wednesday, March 23, 2022, at 4:30 P.M. A proposal opening and review is scheduled for Thursday, March 31, 2022, at 2:00 P.M.
