The Town of Dundee announces a virtual public meeting to which all persons are invited to attend by use of Communications Media Technology as more specifically set forth herein.
DATE AND TIME: April 14, 2020 at 6:30 PM.
PLACE: Due to COVID-19, no physical location(s) shall be available for persons interested in attending the regular Town of Dundee Town Commission meeting. As a result, the Town of Dundee announces a virtual public meeting to be convened pursuant to the Governor’s Executive Orders 2020-52, 2020-69 and 2020-91; §§ 120.54(5)(b)2 and 252.36, Florida Statutes; and §2-28.1 of the Code of Ordinances of the Town of Dundee. The Town of Dundee will hold its virtual public meeting by Communications Media Technology, as follows:

PUBLIC COMMENT: The public is invited to provide comments on agenda items scheduled for official action (not public comment for ministerial items) during the virtual meeting conducted by CMT, as follows: (a) connecting to the virtual meeting platform and participating during the meeting; (b) emailing written comments of 400 words or less to Trevor Douthat, IT Manager, at publiccomment@townofdundee.com on or before April 13, 2020 at 3:00 PM; or (c) by mailing written comments of 400 words or less to P.O. Box 1000, Dundee, FL 33838 on or before April 13, 2020 at 3:00 PM.
SUBJECT MATTER AND PURPOSE: As a result of COVID-19 and Executive Orders 2020-52, 2020-69 and 2020-91, the Town Commission of the Town of Dundee shall consider declaring a state of emergency, the exclusive use of Communications Media Technology for holding public meetings and conducting official business, other emergency matters, and other general matters, as follows:
