All questions regarding this solicitation must be received in writing no later than Wednesday, July 5, 2023, at 3:30 P.M. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for 11:00 A.M. Wednesday, June 28, 2023, and a mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 11:45 A.M. Wednesday, June 28, 2023. A proposal opening and review is scheduled for Wednesday, July 19, 2023, at 2:00 P.M.
