Sealed proposals will be received by the Town of Dundee until 4:00 P.M. on March 20, 2024, at the Office of the Town Clerk located at 202 E. Main Street, for the Renovations to the Dundee Community Center.

All questions regarding this solicitation must be received in writing no later than Wednesday, March 13, 2024, at 3:30 P.M. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for 1:00 P.M. Wednesday, March 6, 2024, and a mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, March 6, 2024. A proposal opening and review is scheduled for Thursday, March 21, 2024, at 10:00 A.M.
