All questions regarding this solicitation must be received in writing no later than Tuesday, November 4, 2025, at 4:00 P.M. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for 9:00 A.M. Monday, October 27, 2025, and a mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 10:00 A.M. Monday, October 27, 2025. A proposal opening and review is scheduled for Monday, November 17, 2025, at 10:00 A.M.
