Sealed proposals will be received by the Town of Dundee until 12:00 P.M. on Wednesday, March 16, 2022, at the Office of the Town Clerk located at 202 E. Main Street, for complete construction and scope of the design-build services to construct a 3000-3500 square foot pass through splash pad with multiple above ground features, in ground spray features, and sunshades for a community splash pad.

A Mandatory Site Visit is scheduled for Tuesday, March 8, 2022 at 10:00 A.M. A Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, March 8, 2022 at 11:15 A.M. All questions regarding this solicitation must be received in writing no later than Thursday, March 10, 2022 at 4:30 P.M. A proposal opening and review is scheduled for Friday, March 18, 2022 at 2:00 P.M.
