Sealed proposals will be received by the Town of Dundee until 4:00 P.M. on September 12, 2023, at the Office of the Town Clerk located at 202 E. Main Street, for the Dundee Veteran’s Memorial.

RFP 23-06 Veteran’s Memorial Design & Installation

All questions regarding this solicitation must be received in writing no later than Wednesday, August 30, 2023, at 3:30 P.M. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for 10:45 A.M. Wednesday, August 23, 2023, and a mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 11:30 A.M. Wednesday, August 23, 2023. A proposal opening and review is scheduled for Wednesday, September 13, 2023, at 11:00 A.M.
