Sealed proposals will be received by the Town of Dundee until 4:00 P.M. on January 31, 2024 at the Office of the Town Clerk located at 202 E. Main Street, for the Renovations to the Dundee Community Center.

All questions regarding this solicitation must be received in writing no later than Wednesday, January 17, 2024 at 3:30 P.M. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for 9:00 A.M. Wednesday, January 3, 2024 and a mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 10:00 A.M. Wednesday, January 3, 2024. A proposal opening and review is scheduled for Thursday, February 1, 2024 at 10:00 A.M.
