All questions regarding this solicitation must be received in writing no later than Wednesday, November 19, 2025, at 4:00 P.M. A Mandatory Site Visit is scheduled for 9:00 A.M. Friday, November 14, 2025, and a mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 10:00 A.M. Friday, November 14, 2025. A proposal opening and review is scheduled for Wednesday, November 26, 2025, at 10:00 A.M.
