Sealed proposals will be received by the Town of Dundee until 4:00 P.M. on May 27, 2026 at the Office of the Town Clerk located at 202 E. Main Street, for the Community Center Parking Lot Resurfacing Project.

All questions regarding this solicitation must be received in writing no later than Tuesday, May 19, 2026, at 3:30 P.M. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for 9:00 A.M. Tuesday, May 12, 2026. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 10:00 A.M. Tuesday, May 12, 2026. A proposal opening and review is scheduled for Thursday, May 28, 2026, at 10:00 A.M.
