NOTICE OF SPECIAL WORKSHOP
TO BE HELD BY THE DUNDEE TOWN COMMISSION

Please be advised that the Dundee Town Commission, plans to hold a special workshop on Friday, January 11, 2022 at 5:45 PM at the Town Commission Chambers, Town Hall, 202 E. Main Street, Dundee, FL 33838.

The purpose of this special workshop is to discuss and review the extraordinary circumstances necessitating the need to exceed the phase-in limitations set forth in Sections 163.31801, (b), (c), (d) of the Florida Statutes.

All persons interested are invited to attend, and any person desiring to appeal any decision of the Dundee Town Commission with respect to any matter considered at this special meeting will need a record of the proceedings. For such purpose, he/she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
