Sealed proposals will be received by the Town of Dundee until 4:00 P.M. on Wednesday, January 21, 2026, at the Office of the Town Clerk located at 202 E. Main Street, for Road paving of Camp Endeavor Blvd. & Lincoln Ave.

RFP 25-05 – ROAD PAVING OF CAMP ENDEAVOR BLVD & LINCOLN AVE

All questions regarding this solicitation must be received in writing no later than Wednesday, January 14, 2026, at 4:00 P.M. A Mandatory Pre-Bid meeting is scheduled for 9:00 A.M. Wednesday, January 7, 2026. A Mandatory Site Visit is scheduled for 10:00 A.M. Wednesday, January 7, 2026. A Proposal Opening and Review is scheduled for Thursday, January 22, 2026, at 10:00 A.M.
