Sealed proposals will be received by the Town of Dundee until 4:00 P.M. on July 22, 2026, at the Office of the Town Clerk located at 202 E. Main Street, for the Community Center Parking Lot Resurfacing Project.

All questions regarding this solicitation must be received in writing no later than Friday, July 17, 2026, at 3:30 P.M. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 10:00 A.M. Tuesday, July 14, 2026. A proposal opening and review is scheduled for Thursday, July 23, 2026, at 10:00 A.M.
